My first visit to Pep&Co
Have you seen the show about them on ITV, Bargain Shop Wars?
Being the bargain hunter that I am, when I seen ITV had a new TV show coming up called Bargain Shop Wars, I set a reminder on Sky straight away!
The show is about a new clothing store called Pep&Co, I hadn’t heard of them before watching the TV show but they looked great.
Their clothing looked great quality, the prices were fab, you got to see how much hard work goes into setting up a brand in the background whilst the staff on the shop floor were very fun and friendly.
I got a message from one of my followers informing me of a sale at Pep&Co and I REALLY wanted to visit.
I got onto Google and had a look for my closet store, it is in Sunderland which is 35-40 minutes away but I managed to convince my Husband, Aaron, to drive me over there so I could pick up a few bargains.
The sale was fantastic – Everything was 50% off PLUS an extra 50% off at the check out!
I did pick up a few bits in the store that weren’t in the sale, including a new pair of shoes for my daughter. She is mad about the film ‘Annie’ and they had some slip on shoes just like the ones Annie wears in the movie. They didn’t have them in red like Annie but she was quite happy with the blue colour she got them in, and for only £4 it left me a happy Mammy too!
Most of the sale items were winter wear but I like to buy in advance to save myself money in the long run, however we are heading on a Great British seaside holiday soon so no doubt the cardigans and sweatshirts will come in handy earlier than planned.
I spent a grand total of £20.55 and that was 3 full priced items and the rest were sale items. I also treat my Mam to a new dress which cost only £3 in the sale and she loves it!
Pep&Co also do school uniform with many items only £1.
This is definitely my new favourite clothing store and I can’t wait to go back. If you’re close to a Pep&Co and haven’t paid them a visit yet then you are definitely missing out.
Here are some of the items I bought in the sale…
