Alex Neill, Which? director of campaigns said: “While value for money remains a high priority, people want special offers to genuinely be special and they want a pleasant in-store shopping experience.
“When it comes to online shopping, we know convenient and low cost delivery slots are prominent factors in where people choose to shop.”
I am a fan of online grocery shopping. I love the ease of being able to do my grocery shop on a Friday night with my feet up on the sofa – then it being delivered to me on a Saturday morning. It’s so easy and it means I can keep an eye on how much I spend, plus the kids can’t fill the trolley with sweets, magazines and toys saving me another £15 at least!
