Online stores were judged by shoppers across ten areas from ease of navigating the website and substitutions to their order to quality of own labels and helpful delivery drivers.

I am a fan of online grocery shopping. I love the ease of being able to do my grocery shop on a Friday night with my feet up on the sofa – then it being delivered to me on a Saturday morning. It’s so easy and it means I can keep an eye on how much I spend, plus the kids can’t fill the trolley with sweets, magazines and toys saving me another £15 at least!
