Cath Kidston are urgently recalling their patterned children’s bottles after fears of choking.
A range of children’s drinking bottles from Cath Kidston are being recalled after fears that silicone tips on the straws have potential to be a choking hazard.
The line of bottles affected were on sale between the 12th June to the 14th August 2017. They include the Hanky Rose, Pet Party, Hampstead Ditsy, Marching Band and Construction Site designs.
The retailer’s website said in a statement that the issue ‘fell below rigorous quality standards.’ They are assuring customers that no other products or drinking bottles are affected by the issue.
Cath Kidston continued to say that ‘the safety and performance of our products is always our highest priority.’
They continued to say that they are recalling the bottles voluntarily ‘as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of customers’.
The high street retailer has urged anyone who purchased one of the bottles to stop using them immediately and to return them to store as soon as possible. Customers will receive a full refund on return.
