I now have a Select glitch update…
I have received tons of messages about this today.
Last night, Select had a glitch where you could add clothing to your basket for nothing.
Orders are now being cancelled and if you paid for delivery, the £3.99 delivery fee will be refunded within 7 days. If you selected express delivery, this was free and you have nothing to be refunded.
Select say ”Dear customer, Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order due to a payment failure experienced between 5.30pm-10pm on 21st December 2015 Monday. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. Select Fashion”
