What happens after I purchase a voucher?
Once you complete your purchase, we’ll email your voucher to you as a PDF. It includes your voucher code, redemption instructions, and the terms and conditions.
You can also access and download your voucher anytime by logging into your Ashleigh Money Saver account.

How do I open my voucher?
Our vouchers are sent as PDF files. Most devices can open these automatically, but if yours doesn’t, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Redemption instructions are clearly printed in the ‘How to Redeem’ section on your voucher. Each deal may be different, so please read this section carefully.

Can I buy more than one voucher?
That depends on the deal. Many offers allow multiple purchases, but some may be limited to one per person. Always check the Terms and Conditions on the voucher page before purchasing.

When does my voucher expire?
Every voucher clearly displays its expiry date on both the website and the PDF voucher itself. Please make sure to use it before the deadline, as we cannot offer extensions.

I haven’t received my voucher – what should I do?
All vouchers are stored in your Ashleigh Money Saver account. Simply log in at Ashleighmoneysaver.co.uk/account using the email you used at checkout. Click on ‘My Vouchers’ to download your voucher.

I can't open my voucher – what now?
If you're having trouble opening your PDF voucher, make sure you have a PDF reader installed. Most devices already have one, but if not, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

I've forgotten my password – how can I reset it?
No problem. Just click here to reset your password and we’ll send you a secure reset link via email.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—our refund policy allows cancellations within 14 days of purchase, as long as the voucher hasn’t been redeemed. To request a refund, contact us here and our team will be in touch our response time is within 3 working days.

Can I extend my voucher?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend voucher expiry dates due to company agreements.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?
It’s easy! Head to ashleighmoneysaver.co.uk/newsletter, and enter your details.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe in two ways:

  1. From your account: go to ‘Newsletters’ and click ‘Unsubscribe Me’.
  2. From an email: scroll to the bottom of any newsletter and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link.
