Refund Policy for Digital E-Vouchers

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day no-quibble refund policy on all unused digital e-vouchers.

How it works:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, as long as the e-voucher has not been redeemed, downloaded, or used.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note:

  • Used or partially used e-vouchers cannot be refunded.
  • If you believe you've received the wrong voucher or there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Please note, our customer care team work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (exc. Bank Holidays), and aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days.
