1. Digital Ticket Delivery: All tickets purchased on our website will be delivered electronically via email. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your digital ticket(s) within 1-2 hours. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email.

2. Ticket Format: Your digital ticket(s) will be sent in email/PDF format, which can be easily accessed and printed if necessary. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and up-to-date.

3. No Physical Shipping: As we sell digital tickets, no physical shipment is required. All transactions are processed electronically, and the tickets are delivered directly to your email address.

4. Delayed or Missing Emails: If you do not receive your ticket(s) within the specified time frame, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer support team at support@ashleighmoneysaver.co.uk for assistance.

5. Resending Tickets: In case you lose or cannot find your ticket, please contact us, and we will resend it to your email address. Resending requests will be handled promptly.

6. Refunds: Since digital tickets are delivered immediately upon purchase  (sometimes it can take 1-2hrs). Please see our refunds policy for more information.
