Tulleys Pumpkin Farm opens its gates in September and through October 2025, with a fabulous array of activities to enjoy with the whole family!

SOUTH WEST

Avon Valley Adventure Park

The largest Pumpkin event in South West, Avon Valley offers lots of seasonal fun, with pumpkin picking, speciality markets, a funfair, food, even a pub for 'pumpkined' out parents! This day out offers festive fun, day and night

Farringtons

Farrington’s Pumpkin Picking Festival is a superb choice. The festival runs weekends and daily in the lead-up to Halloween (4-5 Oct, 11-12, 18-19, and 24-31st Oct), so plenty of chances to visit.

  •  For £3.95 (plus a small booking fee), you get your arrival time-slot, access to the patch, themed displays, the Witch’s Wood, a carving area and parking.
  • Pumpkins cost extra. 
  •  EXTRAS:  a funfair, pumpkin carving marquee, marshmallow toasting with Whinny the Witch, soft-play in the Playbarn, and cafés/farm shops to keep everyone fuelled.

YORKSHIRE 

Spilmans Pumpkin Festival

If you’re craving autumn magic in Yorkshire, Spilmans Pumpkin Festival is filled with over 175,000 pumpkins!

  • Tickets are from £7.50, and you get a £5 pumpkin voucher included, so you’re not just paying to walk in the field. With over a dozen weekends of pumpkin action (from late September through October), plus twilight Pumpkin Nights, there’s plenty of opportunity to visit.
  • Beyond pumpkin picking, there’s a spooky walk, giant maize pits, slide and jumping pillow fun, fancy dress discos, photo spots, carving barns and even fireworks on 25-26 October.

Birchfeild,Harrogate

If you’re thinking of a pumpkin day out in the Harrogate area, Birchfield Pumpkin Festival is a delightful mix of pumpkin picking and countryside charm.

  • Admission is £8.95 per person (kids under one go free), and you’ll get on-farm activities, the pumpkin fields, a maize maze quiz, tractor rides for a small extra (£1.50)
  • EXTRAS: play zones, woodland walks and plenty of photo spots. And, of course, ice cream from the farm’s parlour goes down a treat.
  • The festival kicks off at the end of September (27-28) and runs throughout October — perfect timing for the half-term holidays!

WALES 

Manorafon Farm Park

This Pumpkin wild event is the No.1 in North Wales! From the 11th October, both day and night events make for a FAB day out. 

  • Tickets cost £18 for over 18s and £19 for kids one and up, with one free pumpkin for kids per ticket
  • Although on the pricier side, this promises to be a fun filled event, with live music and entertainment, food, characters and more
  • an additional free farm entry until 3:30 pm is also included in a ticket!

Foel Farm Park

Offering pumkin picking in the day or in the dark, Foel Farm Park offers various activities for the perfect halloween inspired day or night! 

  • Open October 25th to November 2nd
  • Tickets for general admission range from £9.25- £12.00
  • pumpkins come at an additional cost
  • pumpkin picking in the dark tickets come separately, with 50% off for seasonal membership holders

When and How to Go

  • Best time: early to mid October. Fields are full, pumpkins are ripe, and weather (usually) decent.
  • Book ahead: Tickets for  sell out fast, especially on weekends or evenings.
  • Dress for mud: wellies, waterproofs, spare socks.
  • Check ahead for opening times & special event nights — many places run lantern trails, night events, or “Pumpkin Nights” with live music.
