It was an amazing day for all the family! Staff we're all very friendly and here where times that staff were giving info about the animal. We had a meet a creature session which my daughter loved. Side note: despite that the place was packed, the bathrooms were clean. Would recommend for sure

We are a family of 8 so bought two separate vouchers using the additional thank you code. The code worked for the first voucher and took the discount from the total on the second voucher but changed back to the pre discount code as the sale went through
