  4. In another bowl lightly beat the egg.
  5. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla.
  6. Add mashed banana and mix well.

  8. Divide batter into muffin cases.
  9. Bake about 20 minutes.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes then move to a wire rack.
