Rainbow Ice Lollies
Ingredients
- Strawberry juice
- Orange juice
- Pineapple juice
- Kiwi juice
- Blueberry juice
Steps
- Pour the first fruit layer into moulds.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes.
- Add remaining layers one at a time.
- Freeze overnight before serving.
Cereal Milk Lollies
Ingredients
- 600ml whole milk
- 150ml double cream
- 120g cereal of choice
Steps
- Pour milk and cream over cereal.
- Leave to soak for 1 hour.
- Sieve the mixture.
- Pour into moulds and freeze overnight.
Strawberry Yogurt Lollies
Ingredients
- 250g strawberries
- 300g strawberry yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Steps
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- Mix with yogurt and honey.
- Pour into moulds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Tropical Pineapple & Mango Lollies
Ingredients
- 200g frozen mango
- 200g pineapple chunks
- 150ml orange juice
Steps
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour into moulds.
- Freeze overnight until solid.
Chocolate Banana Lollies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- Chocolate of choice
- Sprinkles of choice
Steps
- Cut bananas into halves, and pop a lolly pop stick through each one.
- Dip in chocolate, sprinkles
- Freeze until firm (about 2 hours)
Watermelon & Lime Lollies
Ingredients
- 500g fresh watermelon
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Steps
- Blend the watermelon until smooth.
- Stir in lime juice and honey.
- Add mint if desired.
- Pour into moulds and freeze overnight.
