Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Proof of age and UK residency may be requested. Employees of Ashleigh Money Saver and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Conditions

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • All entries must include accurate and complete personal details including full name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
  • The competition name (P. Louise) will be pre-filled and cannot be changed.
  • Ashleigh Money Saver is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by entrants. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure that all details submitted are correct.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to be subscribed to the Ashleigh Money Saver email list. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in all our emails.

Entry Period

  • The competition opens on Wednesday 6th August 2025 and closes on 29th August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 48 hours, a second attempt will be made via SMS.
  • If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours of the final contact attempt, a replacement winner will be selected at random.

Prize Details

  • The prize is as described in the competition listing. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

  • By entering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering this competition.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You will also be added to the Ashleigh Money Saver email marketing list, and may receive future updates, offers, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

General Terms

  • Ashleigh Money Saver reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ashleigh Money Saver is final.
