How To Redeem

Please visit www.alpamare.co.uk and click on the “Buy Tickets” icon.

Click on “Book Tickets”.
Select the date of your visit.
Select your swim session time.
Select either “Online Family (2 adults – 2 children)” or “Online Family (1 adult – 3 children)”.
Add any additional swim tickets, including toddlers aged 0–3 years.
Add the required tickets to your basket.
Please check your ticket selections, swim date, and time, then click on “Complete Purchase”.
At the next stage, complete your personal details and enter your unique 16-digit voucher code. A 100% discount will be applied to your family ticket. Additional tickets will be charged at standard rates.
Credit/debit card details will be required for any additional tickets.

Within 30 minutes, you will receive your Alpamare e-tickets by email. Tickets can be printed in advance or shown on entry on your device or smartphone.
