How to Redeem Alpamare

Please visit www.alpamare.co.uk and click on the “Buy Tickets” icon.

  • Click on “Book Tickets”.
  • Select the date of your visit.
  • Select your swim session time.
  • Select either “Online Family (2 adults – 2 children)” or “Online Family (1 adult – 3 children)”.
  • Add any additional swim tickets, including toddlers aged 0–3 years.
  • Add the required tickets to your basket.
  • Please check your ticket selections, swim date, and time, then click on “Complete Purchase”.
  • At
    the next stage, complete your personal details and enter your unique
    16-digit voucher code. A 100% discount will be applied to your family
    ticket. Additional tickets will be charged at standard rates.
  • Credit/debit card details will be required for any additional tickets.

Within 30 minutes, you will receive your Alpamare e-tickets by email. Tickets
can be printed in advance or shown on entry on your device or
smartphone.
